About Rosacea Guide
Rosacea Guide is a practical, evidence-informed library for people dealing with facial redness, flushing, sensitivity, and irritation-prone skin. Articles are written for readers, not clinicians — but they are reviewed by a board-certified dermatologist before publishing, and we cite primary sources (PubMed, the Canadian Dermatology Association, the American Academy of Dermatology, the National Rosacea Society) where possible.
What we do
- Explain common redness patterns in plain language (without diagnosing).
- Share gentle routine basics that are widely tolerated by reactive skin.
- Help you decide when it’s worth speaking with a professional.
- Review skincare products and apps using the same methodology, regardless of who makes them.
What we don’t do
- We don’t diagnose medical conditions.
- We don’t promise to treat or cure rosacea.
- We don’t replace medical care.

Ownership and disclosure
This site is operated by Riversol Skincare Solutions Inc. Dr. Jason K. Rivers is the founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Riversol. We disclose this prominently because:
- We review skincare products that include Riversol’s own line. We apply the same methodology to Riversol products as to any other brand, and we sometimes recommend competitor products over our own when they’re better suited to a reader’s needs.
- The site links to a Riversol free-sample offer in some places. Those links are clearly tagged as a partner offer.
- We want our editorial work judged on its merits, not on assumptions about hidden affiliations.
For the full editorial process, citation standards, and how we handle commercial relationships, see our editorial policy.
